Mr. Drescher is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and the United States District Court in South Carolina. He has handled complex civil litigation, including wrongful death cases, for more than twenty years. This experience has helped him become a successful trial attorney and he uses this knowledge and experience every day to help his clients.
Mr. Drescher attended the University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University, where he was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity and captain of the varsity swim team. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from WKU in 1991. His education and knowledge in these social sciences have helped him understand the thought process of jurors, helping him become a highly successful trial attorney.
Thereafter, Mr. Drescher attended Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law. While at UN Law, he was vice president of Phi Alpha Delta, and taught street law to a high school class.
After graduation, Mr. Drescher worked at Stoney and Stoney, a former Charleston law firm, where he managed difficult and complex litigation files. Thereafter, he joined a North Charleston plaintiff’s firm where he eventually handled most of his largest cases and helped thousands of injured people.
He currently resides on James Island with his wife Jackie and his sons Zachary and Ryan.
